The supply of electricity, and the rights and obligations of Msunduzi Municipality and consumers, is regulated by the Msunduzi Municipality Electricity Supply Bylaws published in the Provincial Gazette on the 25th June 2015, and, to a certain extent, by the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act.
